 How to get a replacement windshield....

We made MANY of the boat windshields on the boats in the water  today.  We still have the original molds for most of the ones we have made.  Therefore, we have the capability to make you a replacement windshield that looks just like your original windshield.  Mounting hardware is included with all new windshields

The steps neccesary to getting a new windshield are:

• SEND IN YOUR OLD WINDSHIELD for identification and we'll call you with a price once we get it.  PLEASE VIEW THE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS BELOW BEFORE SENDING IN YOUR WINDSHIELD OR CALLING.
• Make sure you include your name, phone number and type of boat in the box when you send in your windshield
• If you dont have a windshield, you'll need to make a template of your windshield.  To make a template, you'll need to get a piece of cardboard or posterboard and trace the shape of the area of the console where your windshield was mounted.  This will show us what the SHAPE OF THE BOTTOM OF THE WINDSHIELD would have been.  Mark where any holes are and tell us what type of boat it goes on.  For answers to your how to make a template questions see the instructions below or Contact Us!

Frequently Asked Questions

• Most of our windshields cost around $70 to $85 ea. plus the cost of shipping (DO NOT SEND A PAYMENT WITH YOUR WINDSHIELD UNLESS YOU CALL US FIRST!!!!!)
• The turnaround time is about 2 /12 to 3 weeks
• We do not have a credit card system and are currently only accepting cashiers checks and money orders
• No, you cannot order by part numbers.  The boat company's dont provide us with the boat information to match our windshields, so part number are irrelevant to us. 
•  We will send your old windshield back with your new ones.

Things to include when sending in your old windshield for replacement:

•  Your name, address and phone number
• Type of boat your windshield came off of
• How many windshields you need
• Any special requests (different color, height, hole size, etc.)

How to make a template:

1.Bend a piece of wire around the console area where the windshield was connected:

2.Trace the wire shape onto a piece of posterboard or cardboard:

3.Cut out the shape of the "traced area":

4. Put the traced area on your console and mark where the holes should be:

**Fold this up and send it to us in a manilla envelope.  Any actual photos you have of your windshield or console are always a plus!
